What happens when you sign up as a new patient?
Whether you are just changing dentist or have not been to the dentist for a long time, you will receive a warm welcome from our team. First of all, you’ll be asked to complete a dental questionnaire, which will cover any relevant medical conditions.
We will then discuss and explain everything with you taking into account your individual requirements such as finances, any anxieties, cosmetic needs and time. You will always be provided with a printed treatment plan before any work is carried out and we will also discuss our finance options and treatment plans which can help you spread the cost of treatment.
